Dice Display Library
As tabletop gamers we tend to have a fair amount of dice. Sometimes a lot of dice. You might even have a few sets of really nice dice that you splurged on. So where do these dice live when you aren’t playing with them? Probably tucked away in a box or a bag somewhere. Well what if you had the ability to show them off and give them the attention that they need?
The Dice Library is a great way to display your fancy sets of math rocks instead of hiding them away in a container. Made from solid Walnut or Maple, each Library has finely mitered walls that fit 3 individual display rails, each of which display your dice in a wood that matches the Library itself. 7 individual cutouts keep the dice arranged on the rail, and sandwiched in the middle is a piece of semi-transparent acrylic that catches the light in a subtle but dramatic way. At each corner are sophisticated brass pegs that elevate the rails and provide a stable footing when you set them on a table. The whole thing can hang easily on the wall with the included keyhole cutouts, or simply sit on a bookcase, shelf or table without the need for additional hardware.
But you can probably already see that this isn’t only a display tray. Once you’re ready to get those dice-a-rolling, you can pull out each of the rails and your display turns into an attractive and well-contained rolling surface complete with faux leather lining. The rails can even rest on the top edge of the walls, or sit patiently to each side while they await their turn to roll.
Each of these are handmade, so please expect between 1-3 weeks for completion.
