If you're familiar with Dungeons and Dragons - be it the classic pen and paper games or the published video games - you will probably know The Yawning Portal. As the hub for some of the most memorable and dangerous campaign adventures, the tavern in the heart of Waterdeep is infamous all over Faerun. Do your adventurers all meet in a tavern like most campaigns start? Either way, this is a great feature to add to any game room, home bar or tabletop atmosphere.

Each sign is hand made and designed to look like a worn hanging sign above an inn one might find questing patrons within. The background features a distressed red or teal paint scheme with 2 tones of warm stain for contrast. There are several layers to each, the border channel is cut into the wood and then painted for a nice contrast. The text color will match that of the color in the recessed channel, your choice of white or black. Each letter is attached by hand using an extremely strong adhesive. The letters are laser engraved for extreme precision, and this provides lots of options for custom lettering and text. Finally, a chain is used as a hanging method for that extra authentic touch.
